Mother's Day

What an amazing yet sad day. Amazing because my mother was amazing. Sad because she is gone. Although I miss her everyday I carry her with me. She taught me so much through actions and words. And although my mom is gone I have wonderful examples of mother's all around me. I am unconditionally loved and supported by so many. I also get the privilege to celebrate Mother's Day as a mother. The joy my boys bring me is overwhelming. As I write this I'm feeding my 6 week (can't believe he's 6 weeks old) all snuggled up. My oldest is sound asleep after lots of hugs, kisses, and I love yous. The Lord has blessed me! So my plan may not have been to celebrate this day without my mom, but I know His plan is bigger and better. Happy Mother's Day to every mother!
