Saturday afternoon, April 27, we headed to Mimi and Papa Flash's house to celebrate Mimi's birthday. The boys had a great time playing in the water table and enjoying Mimi. We had a great dinner before it was bath time and pj time!

Bounce House Fun
We meet Marisa and TJ at Let's Jump to wear the boys out so, fingers crossed, they will nap.
Luke got in the big bounce house for the first time (after all the other kids left). He loved it! Even with TJ and Eli bouncing him around.
The pics I got aren't great since getting a 1, 2, and 4 year old to stay still in a bounce house is not easy.

Luke's Stats
I forgot to post Luke's 1 year stats!
22 lb 8 oz 68%
29 1/2 in 33%
Still a big boy, but not real tall:)
Also, I'm done nursing Luke. Sunday morning, April 21 was Luke's last nursing. I just don't have any milk, plus I started some meds that I can't nurse on and pumping is out:/. I'm sad but glad I got to nurse past a year.

Luke's 1st Baseball Game!
Today we took Eli and Luke to a TCU Baseball game. It was Luke's 1st baseball game.
Eli loved playing ball with friends and Luke was happy playing with water bottles.
Before the game we took the boys to the food park then ate in daddy's truck. Fun, messy times!

Trains, Trains, Trains!
On Saturday we went to Grapevine and road Thomas the Train with the Curry's.
The big boys loved it, Luke seemed very content and ready to join in the fun. The boys played with the train tables they had set up, we all road the train, then back to the train tables. Only a few tears when they had to leave the trains behind. We also played in bubbles.
After the trains we enjoyed a fun dinner of hibachi. We enjoyed playing on the 'hill' in front of the restaurant. The fire was cool for Hogan and Eli. Rece and Luke didn't like it at all. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
Plus Eli was in bed by eight!
Here are a few pics.

18 years
So I've never blogged about this but with everything that has happened in Boston and around the world I want to remember.
On a Wednesday morning 18 years ago life in Oklahoma changed forever. Home grown terrorist strap Oklahoma City. I was a freshman in high school, between second and third hour I first heard of tragedy.
As I walked into my third hour, Oklahoma history, our teacher, coach Bush, turned on the TV and let us watch the live newscast. Oklahoma history in the making.
168 people lost their lives that day including 19 children in a daycare, at the front of the building. A Soccer teammate lost her mother. So many people lost their innocence.
April 19 will always be remembered.

Walking!
No pic or video BUT Luke took his first steps today. He stood up and took two steps to the table. Then later took a few steps toward his big brother! We tried to get video but mom wasn't fast enough.
Wanted to get it down so we wouldn't forget!

BOYS
On Monday we had Hogan and Rece over to play while Aunt Shack worked on unpacking. I love having the boys over. They play like siblings!
We played outside and had a parade, trains and cars inside, and Easter Egg Hunt, and after baths all the boys settled down to watch a Mickey.
Here are a few pics.

Luke Standing
Just wanted to get this down.
Luke is standing up on his own! He stands up, with a wide stance, then sometimes gets some dancing in before he crashes.
