Eli and Jesus

Over a dinner of Freddy's (I know so very healthy) Eli says "mama, I want to say that prayer where Jesus makes my heart white as snow". So we stopped eating (that's worth having cold food!) and prayed together. After we prayed I asked him if he understood what he did. "My heart is white as snow and Jesus is in my heart forever"

WOW. He took what he heard at Kids Kamp and ran with it. 

So excited for Eli! 

I know we will have lots more conversations about what everything means but for now he knows what he did, and why he did it. Now it's time to grow, grow, grow!
