I want Eli to start serving others at a young age, but what do you do with a 2 1/2 year old?
A few months ago I took Eli to visit my grandfather in his nursing home, the ladies loved him and wanted to know when he was coming back. That gave me an idea.....
We packed up the kids and headed to an assisted living home to spread some joy!
We passed out flags to the gentlemen and flowers to the ladies. The kids loved saying hi to everyone and passing out the flags and flowers.
I loved seeing the kids bringing so much joy to others.
We plan to make this a monthly trip.
(I don't have pics since I left my camera at home, but will post some when I get them from Amy)
