We received almost 12 inches of Snow last week!! I have seen snow like this in Oklahoma, but never down here (although I have only lived here 12 years). Brandon had never seen snow like this and he has been here 29 years!! The weather man said it would snow and snow it did!! They are also saying it was a record for a 24 hour period. Eli sat at the window and watched the snow come down all day on Thursday. So, Friday I thought it would be nice for him to see the snow up close. When I told him he could go outside if he kept his hat on he did not touch it (he normally has it off before I can pick him up). This proves he understands what I say, and can follow directions if he wants!! Since he has no gloves I put socks on his hands. Here are a few pics. Aunt Amy took more of him playing with Georgia that I will have to post later!
